Leadfront is an AI automation agency built specifically for tradespeople and local service businesses in the UK. Why We Started

The PSTN switch-off in 2025 marked the end of traditional phone lines across the UK. For many trades and local businesses, this wasn't just a technical change — it was a wake-up call. The world was moving to digital, to AI, and businesses that didn't adapt risked being left behind.

At the same time, we saw a gap: big corporations had teams of people and sophisticated AI systems handling their calls, follow-ups, and customer relationships. Small businesses didn't have any of that — they had an answerphone and a hope.

We founded Leadfront to bridge that gap. Our mission is simple: put powerful AI tools in the hands of the builder on his fourth callback of the day, the dentist who's been meaning to sort her admin for years, the estate agent who's watching leads go to competitors.
